Did the market bottom in October?

The % of stocks making new 6 months highs is spiking again on the back of an almighty collapse in the US Dollar (something I called 2 months ago).

If you pay too much attention to the major averages which have wayyyy too much tech exposure, you might be missing the elephants walking past in plain sight.
